the staff was friendly and happy to assist. i found enough food options in the various restaurants. the oriental a la carte restaurant was very enjoyable.

Cocktail inconsistency occurred. Some were nice. Some were not.

clean beach beautiful pool comfortable bed

the room included a mini fridge that staff refilled daily and a comfortable bed (i slept like a baby!). fresh towels were provided daily as well. the resort had very nice outdoor areas with beautiful pools and a clean beach. the main restaurant offered a large buffet with nicely decorated food.

sometimes, the cocktail quality varied a little depending on who made them.

I found the mini fridge stocked daily. It had several drinks. fresh towels was each day (a plus). housekeeping cleaned the room daily. I really appreciated it. the bed was very comfortable.

The cocktails sometimes lacked consistency. Preparation depended on who made them.

i really liked the pools. i saw a wonderful private beach and bars everywhere. the hotel seemed huge with lots of pools (the best one can ask for on a holiday!).

the ac system was not great. i complained but the staff told me the central ac system was a water system, not freon gas, so there was no solution.

the hotel had multiple pools. i noticed there were always plenty of loungers available no matter what time of day it was, which i found convenient, especially for couples.

The buffet was quite solid every day with a lot of variety and quality food available. i enjoyed the steak at the rooftop restaurant. It was easily one of the best i have ever had.

Acceptable stay, some issues

rude staff cold water

The hotel is large and had good room views.

Some reception staff acted rude. They were unhelpful when I had questions. The swimming pool water was freezing cold. I also didn't like that the tap water was not good.
